12 Week Workout Plan

First and foremost, let me just say that I am cancelling my gym membership. Why? I don't really NEED to go to the gym; turns out, there are different body types in the world, and I'm one of the people who find it difficult to put on any type of weight whatsoever (ignorant people just say eat a lot..right, that's why they're ignoranuses.) and because of this fact, I don't need to be doing any cardio. Cardio is basically getting your heart pumped up, and it's more helpful to shed pounds than to actually build them.
 
Another reason why I am cancelling my gym membership is because I don't really like the gym after all. I don't like the smell, there's too many people, and looking at the other people who physically look like they've been working out since birth lower my self esteem. Plus IDK if I mentioned this before, but I look like I don't know what I'm doing have the time, and thank GOD that planet fitness doesn't allow judging because I would really stop trying all together.
 
 
So I started working out at home. Right now I am keeping up with a blog called The Haute Bunny. The person who runs this blog has enough workout tips to place you in the Olympics. I mean, the chick is badass. She has this 12 week beach bod bootcamp challenge and I decided to participate in it.
Since I started a wee bit later than she did, my 12 weeks range from April 14th to July 1st, which is PERFECT!!! My 21st birthday is on July 24th and I still get a chance to decide what I want to do, plus the Puerto Rico vay-cay isn't until December, so I have time to be sexy-fied by then!!!
 
I kinda tweeked the schedule a bit since I can't do cardio, so instead of the one that's stated on the website, I made my own using various exercises she has. I do her strength training exercises and instead of cardio, I do the Brazilian butt workout, so my schedule for weeks 1 and 2 look more like this:
 
Sunday = rest
Monday = Strength training
Tuesday = Brazilian Butt workout
Wednesday = Brazilian Butt workout
Thursday = Strength training
Friday = Brazilian Butt workout
Saturday = rest
 
I hope I see some improvements because this shizz hurts.
