I got glasses because I'm blind.

I got a vision test a few weeks ago because I am having problems with my eyes. Apparently I can't see certain documents at work which contain numbers and all that good stuff, too. OH and the fact that I can't see the lines on the road when I'm driving at night might have something to do with it. So I ordered so kick ass fuschia frames from coastal.com, where they have special discounts on glasses and the first pair is free.

Gymming!

So I finally went to the gym today, and boy am I in pain!

I went with one of my co-workers, and since we just signed up for the same gym that makes us both gym buddies.

I wanted to work on my legs and that's what I feel like I got accomplished today, but that didn't come without a few speedbumps. Today was officially my first day at Planet Fitness, which kinda felt like being at a new school all over again. I slowly wandered around the gym waiting for my friend to arrive, and then we went to the stretching room. It's a good thing it wasn't crowded when we were in there because my knowledge of gym equipment is nonexistent, so seeing me figure out how this here device works could have been comical.

After I did the stretches, I went to the eliptical machine for 6 minutes because I didn't know what else to do- and afterwards I thought I made a mistake wearing a thick hoodie to the gym.

I went back to the stretching room and laid out a mat so it would look like I knew what I was doing. Well, I did a few leg exercises but after that I just laid on my stomach and played with some of my apps because A) I was dead and B) I couldn't find my party.

When I finally did find my party, we left and were gonna get smoothies, but in Atlanta 5:00 traffic is a BEEEYEEAAACH so we went our separate ways. It's a start, I mean, I HAVE to go to the gym now, I already paid the membership fee, even if I just need to run in to use the showers, that's $20 a month I'd be throwing away. I'm scrawny.

It is the peak of flu season and Georgia's weather doesn't make it any better. Remember that part about being winter? well this past week the temperatures fluctuated between 70 degrees back down to 50 degrees, making everyone confused about what to wear when going out.

Black Eyed Peas Rant.

I've been wanting to do this post for a long time now, but I had been putting it off, because I wanted to give them another chance to improve their music, but after hearing several of their songs day after day constantly on loop I can't take it anymore. So here is the problem that I have with the group, Black Eyed Peas.

OMG Kidz Bop still exists?!

It's been like what, 15 years since Kidz Bop first appeared on the scene? And it's still around!
