Assassins Creed 3 Sneek Peek Review

I am sooooo stoked for Assassins Creed to be coming out in October. At E3 they showed previews of different elements of gameplay.

Assassins Creed Frontier Gamplay

This preview of the game shows Connor hunting a deer, selling the meat, talking to a guy about an assassination target, and getting to the base to murk him. I'm excited about this new part of the game, I might look forward to just playing in the woods instead of the actual cities. The scenery is wonderful, it reminds me of walking through Skyrim. For the first time I see an actual cutscene and hear Connor talk, and no one has an accent, which is unfamiliar in an AC game.

 Assassins Creed Naval Gameplay

One thing I know for sure is that I am going to fail this boat mission badly. For some reason this part of the game is in the carribbean and all of a sudden 2 British ships show up. You bomb one ship and it sinks, while you invade the next ship with your weapons drawn.

Assassins Creed Boston Gameplay

Beantown looks so beautiful in this game. The developer man said that they have added new dynamic weather systems, like the weather will change, the seasons will change, it's very interesting to see. The crowd dynamics in AC games are always up to par as you hear their reactions while you climb buildings, there's even this freed slave lady I think telling you about the British and in that above screenshot she's yelling "hey redcoats, why don't you put yourself back across the pond!" so she can get his attention, while Connor assassinates him.

That's America.

I am so stoked to be playing this game and even more stoked to already have my pre-ordered copy at gamestop. TeeHee.

One Up On You Bitches: Assassins Creed Fangirl

So as everyone knows (but not to a well enough extent) I am a superfan of assassins creed. Well, Yesterday I pre-ordered Assassins Creed 3, so I got my copy on hold already!!! YAY and then I'm gonna ask them if they want their poster.

Then on sunday I also ordered an assassins creed t-shirt from hot topic. They didn't have any smalls left, so I ended up getting an extra small. Plus the timing couldn't be perfect because shipping is free this week. Today it arrived! and it fits perfectly.

This is what it looks like:

I am also stoked because I am going to the Renaissance Fair this saturday, and I was hoping it would come in time so I could wear it..and it came today. I figured I'd wear it with a pair of white shorts (Sammie Sweetheart said that you always gotta have the white shorts, every girl needs a pair of white shorts) and my black slip-on shoes with my ray-ban shades that I got from the dollar tree.

Assassins Creed 3.

I am a HUGE fan of Assassins Creed. I will explain it in another post. I love the realism, and the fact that I didn't know much about the crusades until Assassins Creed either. The AC series has come a LONG way, and it's basically taking us through history. These are the new screenshots from the upcoming game which I WILL be pre-ordering.

Anyway..
SQUEEK! I am super stoked for this.
As far as I know, his name is Connor, and I think his dad is an Englishman and his mother is native American, so maybe he is a descendant of Altair and Maria Thorpe (Thorpe was English) and maybe Altair and Thorpe's son or great-great-greeeeeeat grandbebehz went to England and had half Arab and half English bebehz. I'm sure that there is some linage in there somewhere.

Oh Rachel...

I haven't been playing The Sims 3 much lately, but today since it's my only day off, I have decided to play.

Rachel needs love, and she finds it in Jared Frio

Ok so, he's not actually THAT bad, and in the game scenarios it says something about him and his brother having a hard time with people, so I am actually patting myself on the back here; I got him out of his shell! He's actually pretty nice to her: after they woohoo'd he got out of bed and came over and stroked her cheek.

..but I'm not done with you yet, Rachel Torvelli.

Rachel goes to visit her boyfriend Adam and ends up flirting with his brother instead.

But in her defense, Adam is kind of an airhead, and I didn't make him that way, either. No matter how hard I try, it seems like he isn't even interested in Rachel.

Seriously Adam is on his way to getting a rude awakening.

Ok, I am not in control at this point. Rachel decides to surprise me and invites Adam over to her house one night, and he ends up staying.

Maybe she does care about Adam. Oh Rachel,...

In The Meantime...

I'm actually enjoying The Sims 3 right now....I'm pretty glad that I bought it. Here is the goings-on in my game:

This is Gemma Wasabi. I created her because I thought of a random name one day and decided to create an eccentric character. She is a pastry chef, a vegetarian, and some other traits that aren't that important.

This is Naomi Lemore, she is a budding artist and Gemma's best friend/roomate who just moved in with her.
This small wonder is Rachel Torvelli. Basically, she's like, the socialite/slore of the town.

This guy is Adam Tucker, he lives next door to Rachel and he's in love with her, but I don't think she feels the same way. He's kinda the laid back, all-simarican boy.

The white guy is Cody Tucker, Adam Tucker's douchebag party-animal brother who lives with him in this awesome house. That black guy is their best friend Spencer Lewis, he is also Gemma's boyfriend, he doesn't live with them, though.

The Sims 3 Rant Pt 2

Right. So I decided to give the sims 3 a chance..and plus I don't think I can return it. Anywho, I bought the sims 3: medieval as a chance for redemption and guess fucking what? THE SHIT WONT LAUNCH! I have installed it and all, but once I click on it to launch, it doesn't do anything! Seriously? The only thing keeping me from breaking out into a busted rage is that I carefully budgeted around this sort of issue, but seriously? I was all excited from being able to create assassins and new things and actually having fun, but NOOOOOO fun is not allowed right now. It's not.

SIMS 3 RANT.

For starters, this game sucks balls.

I uninstalled all of my previous sims 2 games just so I could get on to some sims 3 stokage, but no.

Playing this game is like trying to play hide and seek as a blind person: Theres no freedom, no fun, just limited things to do. I can't make neighborhoods, I can't build my own custom lots, nothing. Not to mention that the controls are clunky and awkward, and I wouldn't expect this from a PC game, WTF?

Also I was trying to find some custom content, like hair, clothes, etc, but it takes too long for anything to download. The only reason I am keeping this game is because I have a knack for creation, so maybe once I buy some expansion packs things will be easier, but right now this game sucks on a whole 'nother spectrum: Confusing, as opposed to Red Dead Redemption: Boring.

PS. Another thing that frustrates me is everything I've been through with the sims games. I bought all the expansion packs for the sims 2 even if it meant scavenging up the little coins and nickles I had to make the game more amazing, right now I'm trying to save up for a car, I have NO time to waste my money on computer games at this point, I need a life for real.
